Sold a Single Family home in 2020 in Grover Beach, CA. We were introduced to Diana several months ago by our landlady who planned to put our rental home on the market. The sign went up, it was on the MLS and it was shown twice before the virus hit. Diana talked the owner into taking the house off the market as she thought it would be a dangerous situation for us because of Frank’s being in the “high risk” category. At the same time, Diana was handling our landlady’s purchase of a new rental property and we would be the new tenants. The home was to be totally remodeled before we moved in, and happily that will be by the end of this month. Throughout these months of remodel, Diana has taken the time each week to send us pictures of the progress to keep us up to date.
